The Delivery Clarity Check is a lightweight diagnostic tool that takes an initiative, project or piece of work and tests whether the team has enough shared understanding to move forward with confidence, before that lack of clarity turns into rework.

Confidence grows through shared understanding. Have the right perspectives been involved early enough to shape the work, not just execute it?

Confidence comes from seeing progress. Can the team tell it's moving forward, and is everyone clear on what happens next?
